I primarily worked with Heather Dacey. Heather is a consummate professional, with all the skills needed to sell my condo as an absent homeowner. This was a second home for me, so I left the place in Heather’s hands, and drove off to Scottsdale without a care. She set up the staging done by a professional, handled the bills, and took care of every detail from listing to final sale. I was extremely happy to sell so quickly in an area that had seen declining real-estate market prices, and actually make money over what I paid just two years prior. Some advice: do what Heather tells you, leave her alone, and sit back in comfort as she sells your place. I am certain that buying would be just as pleasant an experience.
